HUNTSMAN ARALDITE® CERAMIC EPOXY

We have four different types of advanced materials:
Araldite® XMH 8507
Abrasion resistant system filled with macro-sized ceramic beads designed for rebuilding of worn parts and adding a protective lining to surfaces that will be exposed to abrasive or corrosive slurries containing small particles, typically less than 3-4 mm.
Heavy paste that is applied by trowel (up to 25 mm thick)
Used on surfaces requiring resistance to fine particle abrasion

Araldite® XMH 8510
Creamy, high-build epoxy filled with fine-grind ceramic designed for filling pits and eroded areas up to 5mm deep prior to over-coating.
Erosion / corrosion resistant paste that is applied by trowel.
Used to protect and repair surfaces subject to impingement, cavitation, entrainment and bimetallic corrosion.

Araldite® XMH 8518
An elastomer-modified, ceramic filled epoxy which exhibits excellent elongation / flex and expansion / contraction characteristics.
A pourable compound.
Used to provide a protective lining on surfaces exposed to particle erosion, chemicals, cavitation, impingement, and bimetallic corrosion.

Araldite® XMH 8526
Creamy, toughened, sag-resistant, elastomeric modified epoxy paste filled with a fine-grind ceramic filler.
Fast-curing paste is applied by trowel.
Used to protect and repair surfaces that are subject to the erosive / corrosive effects of impingement, cavitation, entrainment, and bimetallic materials.
